' Paul snapp, 13 M. 7 Of the above named Indians, the last fi7e that are listed to be enrolled with the Uintaha, viz: Nettle Harmes, Milton La Rose, Carnes La Rose, Wood-sey La Rose, and.Thomas La Rose, are at present on the annuity rolls of the Bannccky Indians at ' Ross Fork Idaho.- However, Mrs. Nettie Harmes was married to John Harmes, a Uintah Ute Indian, same five or six years ago, and has been living at this agency since that time. she and the fourA children received conditional allotments of land here, and she states that it is her desire to '•;). have herself andjchildren transferred to the rolls . ,7-77 at this-place.A.AJ, y: ; .j ,•/• ; .' ~Z':. so far. as-Is known, none of the other Indians whose names are submitted for enrollment, , are enrolled at any other agency. 7Ay • In view of the action of the council , and in keeping with the wishes of the Indians whose names appear above, I recommend that I be instructed to enter their names on the respective rolls of this agency.
