I , enclosed you therewith copy of the decision rendered by Judge I Marshall:of the United States Court of Utah, in 1906, with which | decision he dismissed all whisky cases on the docket of the *7: ; Federal Court. / '/ The effect of this decision has been to eliminate ' • ' , from the Federal Courts all Indian cases of whatsoever character.
