Sir: Referring to your letter of January 20, enclosing money order for $62.00, being the amount of appraisement for the right of way for a canal to be constructed by the "V/hiterocks Irrigation Company, of Vernal, you are advised that on January 30 the Department approved the recommendation of the Office that the payment be accepted and the Office authorized to collect the money order and make proper accounting of the proceeds to the tribe.
