Sir: Replying to your circular letter of May 6th, 1907, "Land" relative to the names of Indians who are sufficiently capable of effecting leases on their allotments without the supervision of the Department, I have to inform you that there are but two such Indians, in my mind, under charge of this Agency. These two Indians are Henry Harris, allotte Ho. 426 and William Taylor allottee Ho.699. These two Indians, however, do not keep their children in school regularly and for this reason should not be allowed to manage the renting of their allotments. A..
