Q> Sir: Replying to your telegram of the 24th instant, I have notified Inspector McLaughlin of the refusal of Charlie Mack to go to Casper, at the same time telling him that you will send Henry Johnson, a former Carlisle student,in his stead, and advised him that if Johnson's services are not satisfactory he might communicate with you.
