Description Indian agent J.H. Holeman reports his activities since his arrival on the reservation. J.H. Holeman reports about a trip he took with a group of Indians to a treaty signing at Ft. Laramie. Holeman insists the trip will provide benefits to the tribes and the U.S. government. Holeman recommends holding a treat signing among the various Utah tribes the following year and clearly establishing Indian rights in order to avoid future conflicts with whites
