P eace and friendehi is hereby established and hall be and friend hereafter maintained between the ! hoshonee-Goship bands of lndians and the citizens and Government of the United S t a h ; and the said bands stipulate and agree that hostilities and all depredations upon the nt trains, the mail and telegraph liues, and upon the citizens of t e United States, within their country, shall chse.
