If those resorvations, which are indicated on the enclosed map, could be kept oxxjn it will simplify the problem. This recommendation will not bo insisted upon, however, if withholding reservation over tho lands will prevent a consummation of- your plans for Indian allotments. The areas proposed for elimination comprise about thirteen sections of unsurveyad lands which when surveyed will be located approximately as follows: x. « 3D p..
