Administrative orders issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 8 office between 1991 and 1995. Administrative orders on consent address removal of toxic soils and sludge from the following sites on Kennecott property: Bingham Creek channel (sites M8 and T4); Butterfield waste rock; Large Bingham Reservoir (site R3); ARCO-Copperton tailings - Bingham Creek channel site (SSID # T8); Lark waste rock and tailings; and the South Jordan evaporation ponds. Administrative orders for removal action for some sites are included, along with associated correspondence between the EPA and Kennecott. Also includes a "statement of work for the Bingham Creek channel site and a work plan for the South Jordan evaporation ponds site.
