Volume 5 of a compilation of reports on the removal of contaminated soil from the vicinity of the Kennecott refinery near Magna, Salt Lake County, Utah, published by Kennecott's Environmental Engineering Projects Group in April of 1998. This part of the volume covers the waste water treatment plant pond B (site W01B). Includes "Soil and demolition debris quality assurance project plan and sampling and analysis plan [appendix C]" dated June 1997; a "site summary" for the Kennecott, with addenda dated May 7, 1998; "characterization, post removal and post-reclamation sampling report" dated March 11, 1998; and the beginning of the chain of custody forms.
