Volume 3, published by Kennecott's Environmental Engineering Projects Group in April of 1998, of a compilation of reports on the removal of contaminated soil from the Kennecott refinery area near Magna, Salt Lake County, Utah. This volume covers the Garfield townsite (R13) near the Kennecott refinery in western Salt Lake County, Utah. Includes "Soil and demolition debris quality assurance project plan and sampling and analysis plan [appendix C]" dated June 1997; a "site summary" for the Refinery Garfield town site, R13; "Post-removal report" dated Feb. 17, 1998, with two addenda dated April 17, 1998; field notes; chain of custody forms, laboratory analytical certificates; quality assurance certificates; and photographs. Also a single sheet on cleanup of residential properties. This digital file contains the entire contents of folder 5 from box 25 of the Supefund Records Center records collection. |
