In early 1995 the San Juan County Commission created the San Juan County Blue Ribbon Committee to consider dividing San Juan County. It met five times in late 1995 and 1996, with staff of the Center for Public Policy and Administration of the University of Utah facilitating its meetings. The Center also conducted research for the Committee and provides this policy assessment. |
