Show Various types of representative fire tube boilers in Japan and examples of low NOx of such boilers 1. RE boiler RE-A series was developed in 1964 and the types up to lOt/h were made available in the series. After that, the types up to 6t/h were put out of production along with the development of B and BN series but the types from 7t/h to lOt/h have been kept for production. RE-A series is a standard forward flow 3 path fire tube boiler with 1 path fire tube and 2 path smoke tubes as shown'in Fig. 44, and the thermal load on the combustion chamber of this series is 60 to 80 x 10* Kcal/m3h, and the sectional load on combustion chamber is about 300 to 400 x 10* Kcal/m3h except for one type (ca. 430 x 10* Kcal/m3h) RE-B series was developed in 1969 as the full model change over REEA series,.and'RESBN /series was an improvementtofi. RE-B in 1973 and had been in production up to 1977* Available xypes are five kinds of 2t/h to 6t/h in either series. Because the performance of RE-BN series is increased, the thermal load on the combustion chamber is slightly higher, 60 to 100 x 10* Kcal/m3h. As a low NOx performance showings of RE-B series, the operation NOx data of RE-3 0B boiler with city gas combustion GNC burner is shown in Fig. 46, and that of RE-40BN boiler as the low NOx showings with city gas of RE-BN series is given in Fig. 47.
