The reason I chose a beehive is because Utah is the beehive state. I chose sego lily's because sego lily's are our state flower. I chose red because of the red rock and red stands for hardiness and valor, its also a color on the American flag. I chose the arch because Utah is famous for delicate arch at Arches National Park. I chose the mountains because we are known for the huge band of mountains that run's right through Utah. I chose snow covered mountains because we are known to have the greatest snow on earth, also because white means purity and innocence, it's also a color on the American flag. I chose a blue sky for a colorful, endless possibility future! Also, I did five mountain peaks for the five tribes of Utah.
