Show page 24 , Spring 2005 CREWH« NATALIE BARFUSS is the new lessons editor. She's a Ph.D. student in the communication department with emphases in mass communication and integrated marketing communication. Natalie currently enjoys teaching Public Relations Cases and Campaigns and Introduction to Web Design courses. LARA FAKHRAIE is a senior earning her Bachelor of Arts in mass communication with a minor in Persian language. She will graduate in Spring 2005 and hopes to go on to graduate school to get a master's degree in fashion design. She draws inspiration from Frida Kahlo, Madeleine Albright, and Benazir Bhutto, and loves a dark cup of Turkish coffee. SHANNON HALEY is a Biology Ph.D. student. EMILY HAUSMAN is a senior in communication finishing her degree in Spring 2005. She plans to write professionally for magazines in the future. STEPHEN HOLT is a senior finishing his degree in photojournalism with the communication department this spring. He has been shooting for more than three years and hopes to make it as a correspondent for a major newspaper or magazine after graduation. KIRSTEN MONTAGUE is a senior earning a Bachelor of Arts in News Editorial Mass Communication. She currently serves as the secretary for the Student Interfaith Council, where she is beginning her third year. She works in administration for the Department of Pathology in the School of Medicine. C. JANE MARLO is a senior in the public relations sequence in communication. She returned to the U after marriage, children, and divorce and may continue into law school when she is financially established. She hopes to help divorced women and single mothers. In the mean time, Jane enjoys learning about other cultures and enjoys relationships with other people. LYUBIMA SIMEONOVA is a graduate student in the Department of Mathematics. She teaches Business Calculus, but her passion is mathematical applications to material sciences. She loves skiing and Capoeira (a Brazilian martial art). MARC E. STERN received a bachelor's degree in political science with a Certificate in International Relations. He is now working towards a mass communication degree in public relations. Marc dreams of working in the political communication field, combining his love of politics with his newfound skill in public relations. SHAWN SWENSEN is a mass communication major studying public relations. He is currently a senior and has plans to graduate in December 2005. After finishing his degree he hopes to get a job doing public relations at a corporate level and some day hopes to be able to work at the international level. RUBY WANG is a senior working on her Bachelor of Arts in mass communication and Bachelor of Music in Piano performance. She will be graduating in Spring 2005. She wishes to pursue her love of piano teaching and performing. She also dreams of working in the magazine industry and traveling around the world.
