Gliosis and partial pallor following long standing papilledema and intracranial pressure. Anatomy: Optic disc. Pathology: Post papilledema atrophy and gliosis from long standing elevated intracranial pressure. Disease/ Diagnosis: Pseudotumor cerebri and idiopathic intracranial hypertension. Clinical: Blindness.
