Show Barbara McDowell Award Nomination Form 1988 Eligibility. The award is open to MCMLA members providing information services in a hospital library. An individual may receive the award only once. Nominating Procedures: Nominations should be submitted on this form and may come from either groups or an individual. The deadline for submission is July 1, 1988. The selection of the individual will be made by the MCMLA Honors and Awards Committee. The committee bases it's selection on the merit of the nominee from information submitted on the nomination form. The individual selected to receive the award will be notified by September 1, 1988.
