Description
65-yo-man with uncontrolled diabetes who developed sequential vasculopathic 3rd nerve palsies. In attempted downgaze, there's clear incyclotorsion OU suggestive of preserved 4th nerve function on both sides. There was complete recovery over months. Video shows bilateral 3rd nerve palsies with intact incyclotorsion OU.
