Presenting Symptom Right proptosis
History A 32-year-old woman referred with progressive right proptosis for at least one year duration. Referral was delayed by a pregnancy.
Neuroimaging Ultrasonic B & A scan appearance of lesion in the region of the right lacrimal gland. CT scan shows a well-rounded lesion of the superior temporal right orbit. Coronal CT showing a large lesion in the superior right orbit indenting the globe superiorly.
