Description History: A 32-year-old woman referred with progressive right proptosis for at least one year duration. Anatomy: Lacrimal Gland; Lacrimal Apparatus. Disease Diagnosis: Adenoma, Pleomorphic. Pathology: Microscopic appearance of a Lacrimal Gland pleomorphic adenoma. Presenting Symptom: Right proptosis. Neuroimaging: Ultrasonic B & A scan appearance of lesion in the region of the right Lacrimal Gland. CT scan shows a well-rounded lesion of the superior temporal right orbit. Coronal CT showing a large lesion in the superior right orbit indenting the globe superiorly. Referral was delayed by a pregnancy. Treatment: Surgical removal of lesion.
