Pathology |
Infiltration of malignant cells into the left lung with metastasis to cavernous sinuses. |
Disease/Diagnosis |
Lung carcinoma metastatic to both cavernous sinuses |
Clinical |
Neurological evaluation was normal except for equivocal left ptosis. |
Presenting Symptom |
Headache; Nausea; Retro-orbital pain OD |
