History A 59-year old male with a previous Dx of undifferentiated lung carcinoma complained of headache, principally behind the right eye and nausea.
Pathology Infiltration of malignant cells into the left lung with metastasis to cavernous sinuses.
Disease/Diagnosis Lung carcinoma metastatic to both cavernous sinuses
Clinical Neurological evaluation was normal except for equivocal left ptosis.
Presenting Symptom Headache; Nausea; Retro-orbital pain OD
Neuroimaging CT
Treatment Antineoplastic agents
