Description Presenting Symptoms: Exudate in left fundus. Pathology: Exudate along retinal veins. Clinical: The patient was a 50-year old female with lymphadenopathy interpreted as sarcoid by biopsy. The left fundus shows exudate in front of the disc and along the major retinal veins. The latter is often likened to candle-wax drippings and is thought to be characteristic of sarcoid. Disease/ Diagnosis: Sarcoidosis
