Standifird, that he be set perform a mission among his own kindred in the state of Missouri and apart possibly Kentucky as well, for the purpose of gathering genealogical data, we consent that this be done, and aut.hor i.ze you to set him apart, on the condition however, ,that he cease the tabacco chewing habit that he is addicted to. And tking it for granted that Bro. Standifird will readily agree to do this, we herewith enclose his missionary certificate which will enable him to obtain half fare rates. Should Bro. Standifird not willingly promise to cease now and for all time this filthy, pernicious habit, do not set him apart for this Mission, and return to us the enclosed certificate. to Brethren, Joseph F.
