Show Adaptation of the Mayo Clinic’s HABIT Program to a Virtual Platform Allegra Robinson, BSN, RN Background • MCI affects ~15-20% of people 65 yrs or older • 1/3 develop AD related dementia within 5 yrs of diagnosis • Multicomponent behavioral health interventions improve self-efficacy, mood, and QOL in MCI patients • HABIT program - 10-day in person multi-component program for MCI patients & support partners • HABIT = Healthy Action to Benefit Independence & Thinking • Virtual version can meet the needs of Utah & surrounding region’s rural population & maintain safety during COVID 19 Methods Table 1.
