Description Sketch of a view of the Sierra Mojado Range (or "Wet Mountains") of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains as seen from "Camp 40," drawn by Richard H. Kern during the Gunnison expedition on 10 August 1853. The camp was in the vicinity of Badito, Colorado, in the Huerfano River Valley.
