Title Undergraduate Recruiting for Accounting Majors
Date 2020
Description The objective of this paper is to describe the process of recruiting for undergraduate accounting and finance majors. Because human capital that comes from U.S colleges is an immensely important resource for businesses across the globe, students have stress and pressure placed on them from their early education. Businesses are beginning to recruit students earlier each year, with conflicting timelines and requirements. This paper will focus on bucketed categories of careers, with the underlying processes and expectations for undergraduate students. This paper will resonate with any business or undergraduate looking to better understand the recruiting landscape, and the effects on students (human capital).
