Description The structural formation of the Utah labor movement was completed by the end of the first decade of the twentieth century, The State Federation of Labor was successfully established as a branch of the American Federation of Labor, Although the radical and conservative elements in the Utah labor movement occasionally carne to terms in settling their differences, the conservative element dominated, thus determining by 1910 the structure and characteristics of the Utah labor movement which were to remain basically unchanged during the following years.
