Show CONCLUSIONS A plug-in adaptation of an unstaged DRB-XCL® low-NOx P C burner has been developed for retrofit applications. The plug-in DRB-XCL® burner is specifically sized to facilitate the replacement of conventional burners in low-NOx retrofits. Prototype tests at 100 million Btu/hr demonstrated the effectiveness of the plug-in design for simultaneous control of N O x , C O , and LOI at levels equal or greater than those from a full-diameter DRB-XCL® burner.
