Description Dr Bliss was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1918 . Dr Bliss received his B.A. from Yale University in 1939 and his M.D. from New York Medical College in 1943. Dr Bliss came to the University of Utah in 1950 as Lecturer in Psychiatry. Dr Bliss became Assistant Professor in 1951, Associate Professor in 1956, and Professor in 1961. Dr Bliss was Chair from 1970 to 1979. Dr Bliss specialized in the chemistry of aggression and multiple personality disorder. Dr Bliss is Emeritus Professor of Psychiatry.
