Description |
A list of fossils found by Emory John. Emory W. John came first to Utah in 1893. Shortly thereafter he became sick and returned to his home in Illinois. He came the second time to Utah in 1898, settling at Clear Lake where he bought a farm and raised alfalfa seed. The first week of walking over his new farm he began to find arrowheads. Ranging further he found pottery fragments and fossils. His brother, Barclay, lived with him and shared his hobby. |
