Sweazey, <br> Collegiate Institute<br> Salt Lake City, Utah. <br><br> Dear Sir: - <br><br> From the enclosed statement you will see that at the beginning of the year and appropriation of $6160.00 was made for the current expenses of your school for the fiscal year. The amount of payments was as reported to this office is $4118.61, leaving $2041.39 to be expended. We trust it will be possible to meet all payments from this balance. <br><br> Payments have been much larger than usual throughout the field, and unless great care is given we must close the year with a large deficit.
