We were impressed with the thought, effort, and concern for the artists which Timothy Clark displayed. We wish to thank the SDWS Board of Directors that, several years ago, established the practice of annually laying away a sum of money to be available when our turn came to host the annual exhibition. Their foresight of using ongoing fund raising campaign activities to partially fund this effort has let us focus on the exhibition itself rather than on a massive fund raising campaign. Our thanks also go to our current Board and to all other individual members who stepped forward to assist in putting on a great show for us all to enjoy. We two have truly enjoyed the experience of working with the delegates of the other ten member societies, all artists themselves. Our sharing of ideas and solutions to common problems have helped each society above and beyond the annual exhibitions. Lastly, we thank each other, and our understanding spouses, for supporting each other and overcoming obstacles with smiles on our faces. We feel honored to be co-chairpersons ofWFS-24.
