The Western Federation of Watercolor Societies is a collective partnership amongst several Watercolor Societies in the Western United States. Every year this federation sponsors an annual juried exhibition of collage and water-based media. The inaugural exhibition of Watercolor Southwest was sponsored by the New Mexico Watercolor Society at the Museum of Albuquerque. The Best of Show award winner was Backlight by Ivan McDougal. |
