Image of Embroidered Baskets friendship quilt created in 1931 by Helma Robinson Lamorearix. Also includes questionnaires describing the quilt completed by Hilma Lamorearix as part of the Utah Quilt Guild's documentation days held from 1988-1994. This quilt was park of my hope chest. I gave square of muslin to my friends to embroidery or Applique as the wished then mother helped me finish it. Each block has the name of the maker. This type of quilt was quite popular at that time in our area. |
