Description Dresden Plate Quilt made in 1920s partially by Eleanor Margaret Winter Kennedy; Size: 77 in. x 67 in.; Back of quilt: seamed vertically, cotton, plain, white; Front of quilt: pieced design, 20 full pattern blocks, 20 total blocks, blocks set straight, cotton, Percale, scrapbag fabric pattern, solid color(s), white, multi-colored scrapbag fabric color; Filler: medium, batting, cotton; Construction: pieced--block, repeated, piecing--hand, thread used: white cotton; History: note from quilt maker's daughter: "My mother pieced the quilt but then it was customary to take it to the Hawaiian ladies who quilted on a continuous basis to earn money." The quilt was made in Hawaii and came to Utah in 1990
