Image of Squirrel Skin quilt created in 1918 by Anne S. Scolt-Scott. Also includes questionnaires describing the quilt completed by Jean C. Christensen as part of the Utah Quilt Guild's documentation days held from 1988-1994. Estimated date of fabric in quilt-1918; Anne made this quilt when she was 13 year old, she probably was Amish and lived in a wooded area trapping and saving the pelts for the making of the quilt; Jean purchased the quilt from a Antique Show in Scarsdale, New York in 1985 |
