Image of Dolly Madison Star quilt created in 1930 by unknown quilter. Also includes questionnaires describing the quilt completed by Kathy Waters as part of the Utah Quilt Guild's documentation days held from 1988-1994. These are hand - pieced blocks made during the 1930. Family of quilt maker "threw them in" with another purchase at the estate sale, for "an extra couple of bucks" To the family, these were of very little use or value. |
