Baby quilt by Dora Elmina Donohue Van Natta

Image of Baby quilt created in 1941-1968 by Dora Elmina Donohue Van Natta. Also includes questionnaires describing the quilt completed by Nanette Moyar as part of the Utah Quilt Guild's documentation days held from 1988-1994. Top of quilt was made for birth of daughter May 1942. It was kept in a cedar chest until her death in 1967 (May), her sister took it and assembled & quilted it in early 1968 for the use of Nanette Moyar's daughter Cynthia Ann born April 21, 1968. It was used for many years and enjoyed. Quilt maker was divorced in 1953 and raised her two daughters by herself. She worked very hard and died when she was 44.
