Show HAROLD EUGENE SHUMWAY #1 company. I think it's possible, very possible. DE: Well, I was wondering about selling of this stock. Right now it's almost closed then. HS: Well, it's pretty hard to sell it. We sold, oh 25 percent of it, I guess, and we took it off the market and we're redoing some of the items. We were having a stockholder's meeting. I just got a thing on it today, we' re having a stockholder's meeting up in Seattle, Spokane, and then we' re going to try and start selling again. We're redoing some of them. It's pretty touchy right now, the market and such. Everybody's trying to raise money. So I think most of them had better meet it. DE: I was wondering about-- HS: Better meet it or else, frankly. DE: I was wondering about the payment of dividends, etcetera. HS: Well, I don't think that a small mining company can even think of or should think of dividends myself. I think they' 11 take the money and put it into the right kind of development work and look for something big. There's a small company that could ever find one big deposit or something, you know that's how a few of the big ones have been started. Then people would really make something out of it.
