You got down to build it and you found out the San Juan County didn't want you around, didn't want any roads or anything. That's right. They had uranium miners, ranchers and conglomerate over there in that section of Colorado. Well, they were divided in their interests. They were so weak politically they couldn't do anything, you know. In other words, they weren't all that merry to hear they were too weak politically and they couldn't raise any funds to substantiate this thing. They were very well off, they didn't want it. The Navajos were kind of non- ---?--- about it. So, way off in the hills of Colorado, the---?--- people and down in Arizona, the ---?--- people, they were the ones that were interested and they were---?---. It got to be a very interesting public relations job. Of course eight years off and on, I pursued that.
