Abstract Lester Paxton (b. 1920) was a member of ROTC at the University of Utah. He served as a pilot in Saipan and Okinawa during the occupation of Japan. He remained in the Air Force Reserve, learning to fly helicopters and retiring as a colonel in 1980. He also worked as a school counselor and assistant principal. 43 pages.
