Show of faniine we may expect a great increase in patients in the next few years. We need a new kitchen, a delivery room, a nursery, award for obstetrics, a ward or porch for care of pulmonary tuberculosis, and additional beds and rooms for male patients. The kitchen can be moved into our oldest ward,: (the original hospital of years ago,) if other beds for male patients can be provided. . Last summer, during the time we were caring for so many military patients a the ovreflow problem was very acute, and we have been considering ever since what would be the best method of caring for our growth. After discussing several plans for buying adjacent buildings, or building new ones, we have come to the conclusion that the best plan, considering both capital expense and upkeep, would be to add a story to the Elizabeth Memorial building, the central structure of the hospital.
