I was born in Nepal, brought up in Australia, and lived in three different countries for a while. I think I share a lot of my experience with others, and this is always helpful in marketing. Have you experienced prejudice from other staff, faculty or students? Does it happen often? How do you handle it? Yes, but not often. Do you think there's an advantage to a lack of diversity? I stand out more. What do you like most about the U? The least? I like the location. I don't like the fact that it's a commuter school. What do you think could be done to improve the atmosphere for a diverse university community? More advertising across campus for diversity events. |
