Further Information |
This page is divided into two sections: the First Presbyterian Church and the Westminster Church. The First Presbyterian Church's section is about the weather on Thanksgiving Day and the sermon by Mr. Brown; good things in life that become perverted by misuse such as bicycles and football being ridden and played on religious holidays; the new Academy building at the Collegiate Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah; evangelistic meetings lead by Mr. Rankin; an encouragement for members to pray in each meeting; Mr. Rankin's bible meeting; and the Union meeting for children and young people. The next section is for the Westminster Presbyterian Church and is about Professor Augsburg talking to the children in a mass meeting, the death of Florence Eigel, a request for members to pray for other sick members, the Junior Endeavor Society meeting, and an announcement regarding the prayer meeting on Wednesday. |
