Description Presenting Symptom: Occluded superior temporal vein. Pathology: Distented collateral retinal vessels. Clinical: The patient was a 60-year old male who had no relevant ocular symptoms. The photograph shows complete occlusion of most of the superior temporal vein, now represented by a white line, and distension of collateral vessels from patent venules near the disc. Disease/ Diagnosis: Retinal vein occlusion
