Mr. Condit is a brother of the Miss Lola Condit who was a teacher in the Collegiate Institute for several years, whom you may possibly have met. I like the young man's appearance very much indeed. He tells me that he is a musician as well as an educated young man. He will write you to-day, probably, in regard to work. I have given him the salary at $700, with room, he paying his board.

If you have not already made arrangements, I am quite confident Mr. Condit would suit you.

Very sincerely yours,

Geo.
