Show Wasatch Academy,<br> E. M. Patterson, A. M., Principal<br><br> Mount Pleasant, Utah, Feb. 3, 1906. <br><br> Prof. George B. Sweazy [sic], <br> Salt Lake City, Utah, <br><br> Dear Mr. Sweazy [sic]:-- <br><br> A letter from Dr. Stevenson asks me to let you know if I plan to be in Salt Lake soon so that you may be able to plan for a meeting to talk over the courses of study in the various academies. I am not planning for such a trip at any time but shall be glad to come whenever is most convenient. The first week in April is the only time that is especially convenient and that week only because we then have our spring vacation. I think Hungerford has no school that week either, but I may be incorrect. Arrange for any time you choose and I shall be glad to accommodate myself to the convenience of the rest. Before meeting I should like to get a more definite idea than I have at present of the entrance requirements of Westminster. <br><br> The enclosed bill from the Deseret News is correct. <br><br> Very Sincerely, <br><br> E.M Patterson <br><br> P.S. I have taken the liberty of asking B.H. Sanbain and Co. of Chicago to send you a copy of the Stone-Willis Algebra which I have examined with much interest as a possible text. <br><br> |

In this letter to George B. Sweazey, E. M. Patterson writes on when he can best meet with Mr. Sweazey to discuss courses of study in various academies. He then asks about the entrance requirements of Westminster College. Mr. Patterson then informs Mr. Sweazey that he has sent him a copy of an algebra textbook for review. |
