Smith as part of the Utah Quilt Guild's documentation days held from 1988-1994. Caroline used every scrap of everything. She used old worn blankets for her batting in quilts. She emigrated from Switzerland in 1912; born in Switz, lived 4 yrs in Algiers. Africa & 2 yrs in France, before coming to America. |
