Presenting Symptom: conspicuous downbeat nystagmus; nystagmus to right and left; frequency changes with distance to target. 9 year history of Parkinson's with involvement of the legs, causing great difficulty in walking; episodes of dizziness upon coughing or sneezing with blackouts and vertigo. Disease/ Diagnosis: Parkinson Disease.
